FAQ

Do you read people and//or pets that have passed on?

Yes, I do read people and/or pets that have passed on.  All I need is a picture either by e-mail or regular mail.  Once I have that, we can start.  I do not look at the picture prior to the reading.

How do you do that?

When I communicate with your pet, I receive words, pictures, thoughts, or feelings that your pet may want to share. I find that different animals are comfortable communicating in different ways. From what I know of other communicators, some just get pictures, others just get words, while still others get feelings. I seem to get all types of information, no matter what form the pet ?sends? to me. I have the ability to take that information and translate it into words that we humans understand. I basically turn into a telephone between you and your pet.

How does the communication flow?

The communication comes from your pet, through me to you, but the flow can also be reversed. Because I am a veterinarian, I can draw on my training to tell me what hurts. I then use that information to determine what needs to be done to help your pet.

If my pet has a medical condition, can you tell me what it is?

The communication comes from your pet, through me to you, but the flow can also be reversed. Because I am a veterinarian, I can draw on my training to tell me what hurts. I then use that information to determine what needs to be done to help your pet.  This service is called a medical scan.

Is it better to have a reading done in person?

This procedure can be done in person or on the phone. Personally, I find that there is no difference between a phone consultation and a face-to-face meeting. Often, when I’m conducting a personal meeting, your pet is not paying attention to me anyway. Since I am in communication with the spirit or essence of your pet, physical contact is not necessary. People just seem to feel that it?s more fun for them.

How old does my pet have to be to be read?

The answer is at birth. I recently delivered a litter and the little female that I kept out of the litter, my precious Emrys, actually cussed at me as I was vigorously rubbing her after removing the placenta. She obviously had an attitude that, coupled with her conformation, led me to keep her. So, I am able to read litters.

If you are a breeder, you know more about the physical characteristics of your breed than I do. I can add to your knowledge by giving you the emotional essence of your litter, one pet a a time. This will help you, along with the proper confirmation, to determine which pet out of the litter will make the best show prospect.

Does communicating with my pet really make a difference?

Communication is truly the universal solvent. In itself, it can heal all kinds of trauma and upsets. Being able to communicate and to be heard increases the bond between you and your beloved pet. You get to be on the ?same page? in terms of training, etc. I constantly hear how the simple act of sending a message to the person that the pet cares about the most can changes its attitude and well-being. When I enrolled in veterinary school, my goal was to increase the human-animal bond for my wonderful friends. I have finally found my niche and am very happy to offer these services to you.

I have been told that you can help people with dementia, alzheimer’s or people that can’t speak, how do you do that?

The basic principle here is that inside every physical body is the “essence” of the being that inhabits that body.  Even if the person can’t speak physically, I can communicate their thoughts and desires to their loved ones the same way I talk to pets.  This has greatly helped people trying to understand the actions of their loved ones with conditions like dementia, alzheimer’s  or that are comatose.

What is a “live time” reading?

A live time reading is one in which I ask the client to make a video of their dog, cat or horse.  I

Why do you need a pet to be videod?

If you have a show dog (or horse) that is not moving correctly in the ring or acting strange then if I can watch a video of the pet with you on the phone watching on your end then I can read them as they are performing.  I feel that this gives me the most accurate ‘picture’ of what they are feeling emotionally and physically when they are being shown.  This applies to show dogs, show horses, agility dogs, dogs with behavioral problems for example.
